Saily is Nord Security's eSIM product — the company behind NordVPN — launched in 2024. That explains its search presence: it arrives with marketing weight no other provider in this list has.

The product bundles security features — ad blocking, web protection, virtual location — consistent with its origin. One independent test measured its ad blocker cutting mobile data use by 28.6% on average, which isn't irrelevant on a tight bundle. We don't score it: putting a price on it would mean inventing a number.

$0.799/GB at travel sizes. It's the worst figure among the 18 providers we follow, and not narrowly: Stellar is at $0.118 and RedteaGO at $0.089, seven to nine times below.

In the destination comparisons we publish, Saily lands consistently in the lower half. In Canada it charges $30.99 for the same 10 GB Stellar sells at $7.00.

Its unlimited plans run at $1.78 a day, also at the expensive end.

Two limitations show up consistently in published tests.

First: you can't top up an active plan. Run out of data and you buy a whole new plan. With tight bundles that gets expensive.

Second: it doesn't publish which local network it connects to in each country. That matters where one operator covers clearly better than the rest — Vietnam is the standard example — and there you're buying blind. Its feed declares neither tethering nor 5G, so those columns stay empty.

Its app, on the other hand, is among the best-rated in the sector, with 24/7 support. What you're buying here is polish and brand, not price.
