02What data we process
This site works without user accounts and is designed to process as little data as possible:
- Outbound clicks to providers. When you press "See deal" we record a random identifier, the source page, the language and the date. We do not store your IP address or anything that identifies you.
- Browsing preferences. Your chosen currency and your cookie decision are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
- Emails. If you write to any of our addresses we process your email address and the message content in order to reply.
- Provider applications. If you submit the form at /partners, we process the professional contact details you give us (company name, website, contact person, email, role) and the information about your service, for the sole purpose of assessing the application and replying. We do not record your IP address on that form.
- Technical server logs. Standard logs (IP, date, requested resource) needed for security and operation of the service.
03Purposes and legal basis
- Measuring which pages generate provider clicks, anonymously — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Keeping the service secure through technical logs — legitimate interest.
- Answering your enquiries — pre-contractual measures or consent (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
- Assessing and answering provider applications — pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b) and the explicit contact consent you tick on the form itself (Art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
- Any non-essential cookies added in the future — prior consent, requested through the cookie notice.
04Recipients
- Hosting providers of our infrastructure, acting as data processors.
- Affiliate networks receive only the random click identifier (subid), which contains no personal data.
- We never sell or share personal data with third parties.
05Retention
Click records are kept for as long as needed for commission settlement and our own statistics. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Emails, for the duration of the conversation and any applicable legal periods.
06Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to [email protected], stating the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe our processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
