02What RighteSIM is
RighteSIM is an independent travel eSIM comparison site. We do not sell eSIMs on this website: we display prices and conditions from third-party providers and link to their stores. Every purchase happens on the provider's own site, under the provider's own terms and prices.
03Affiliate links and advertising
- Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission from the provider. This costs you nothing extra and never changes the order of our tables, which is documented on the transparency page.
- Paid placements are always identified with an "Advertising" or "Sponsored" label, separate from the organic ranking, as required by Article 20 LSSI-CE.
- The owner of this site also operates an eSIM store of his own (MiESIM). It is listed in the comparison labelled "Operated by us" and follows exactly the same rules as every other provider.
04Prices and liability
Prices are collected from public sources and provider agreements, re-verified daily, and shown for guidance, converted to your currency using European Central Bank exchange rates. The binding price is always the one shown by the provider at checkout. RighteSIM is not a party to the contract between you and the provider.
Any price we cannot re-verify within 7 days is removed automatically.
05Intellectual property
The design, code, texts and databases of this site belong to Oriol Nadal Serra. Destination photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under free licenses and are credited, author by author, on the photo credits page. Provider trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
06Governing law
This site is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the courts of the user's domicile where the user is a consumer, or by the courts of Barcelona otherwise.
