Yesim publishes 3,819 plans across 34 different durations, more than any other provider we track. mySIM24 has 27 and MiESIM 26; everyone else is far behind.

That matters for awkward trip lengths. If your trip is 12 days, or 19, or 45, most providers make you round up and overpay. Here the plan that fits probably exists.

It's a Swiss company covering 181 destinations, with roughly 1,900 public reviews at about 4.3 out of 5. Every plan includes a VPN, and it sells virtual phone numbers and lets you share a plan with family — features few others offer.

$0.727/GB at travel sizes is the second-worst price in our catalogue, ahead only of Saily. Stellar and RedteaGO sit six and eight times below. Its unlimited plans don't stand out either: $1.50 a day against mySIM24's $0.55.

On top of that, a complaint that recurs in reviews: buying means creating an account, purchasing their internal currency ("Ycoins"), and only then choosing a plan. Three steps where others have one.

The other recurring criticism is slow support. If price or simplicity drive your decision, Yesim won't win; what it offers is flexibility and extra features.

2,640 of its 3,819 plans are unlimited, the second-largest volume after Roamix.

But it doesn't publish the daily allowance on a single one. Not one. So we can't tell you how many gigabytes run at full speed before the connection throttles, and that column stays empty.

It doesn't declare tethering or 5G either. It's the provider we receive the least technical information from relative to its size, and that costs it in the score.
