Mi eSIM

MiESIM belongs to the same owner as RighteSIM. We're saying that in the first line, and we mark it with a visible label on every one of its rows in the comparison table.

It means we earn more when you buy from MiESIM than from anyone else. Which is precisely why the table order isn't touched: MiESIM appears wherever its price puts it, like everyone else, and the score on this page is calculated with the same published formula as every other provider. When its price isn't the best, it isn't first.

If that makes you sceptical, that's a reasonable reaction. It's also easy to check: open any destination and you'll find providers ranked above MiESIM.

8,175 plans across 202 destinations, including 3,544 unlimited. Coverage is on a par with the majors, and on duration flexibility it's among the best in the comparison: 26 distinct lengths, from a single day to a full year.

Its real strength is unlimited plans, starting at $0.76 per day — top three in our comparison for that metric. If you travel without wanting to count gigabytes, it competes properly there.

It declares tethering on 100% of plans and 5G on 69%, two fields many competitors don't publish at all.

On price per gigabyte it doesn't stand out. Its best rate on travel-sized plans is around $0.56/GB, in the lower half of the table: RedteaGO, Stellar, Sim Local and Nomad all offer better numbers for a data bucket.

A sizeable part of the catalogue is regional plans that surface across many destinations at once. They're legitimate and they work, but read the coverage: a "Europe" plan isn't the same as a local plan for the country you're visiting, in price or in network quality.

And for transparency: some of its listings link to a destination page on their store rather than the exact product. We're working on it, but for now you may need to locate the plan again once you land there.
